Counseling provides a safe space for one to restore their inner strength, gain direction in their present path, and build lasting authentic connections.

I help individuals, couples, and families to become solid, true, and self loving in order to develop relationships that are whole and thriving. When we are able to heal from our relational wounds we stop relying on outside people or situations to determine our worth or emotions. I use to struggle with liking myself and found myself focused on pleasing others.Through my journey and through the relationships that I have created, forced, broke, and stretched I have discovered the most important element in relating to others. Self Love.

When I was able to love myself, my worth wasn't dependent on anything outside myself. I naturally let go of the need to prove my worth. My emotions no longer felt like a pinball machine, bouncing all over the place. I became less reactive and more intentional in all my connections.

My approach to therapy is grounded in a deep respect for the connections we all share, honoring the individuality and uniqueness of each person, couple or family.

I recognize that, for many people, their beliefs are an integral part of their identity, and is essential in their healing. Therefore, I  often encompass the approaches of traditional psychotherapy combined with the wisdom of spirituality, culture, and other faith traditions within the sessions. It is an honor to begin this journey with you.
